Products and Variations

All products are sold as blank apparel intended for customization, resale, or promotional use. Product images, colors, fabric compositions, weights, and measurements are for reference only.

Variations may occur due to dye lots, fabric sourcing, manufacturing processes, or screen displays. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for testing garments prior to printing, embroidery, washing, dyeing, or other treatments.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment, not the time of order placement.

Bulk pricing, wholesale tiers, or negotiated pricing must be confirmed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required prior to shipment unless written credit terms are approved by Shaga.

Accepted payment methods include approved credit cards, ACH, wire transfer, or other methods shown at checkout. Orders will not ship until payment is received and cleared.

Returned or failed payments may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or additional fees.

Order Placement and Processing

Orders are subject to acceptance by Shaga.

Additions or changes to an order after submission are treated as new orders. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute comparable items when necessary.

Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Inspection and Claims

Customers must inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.

Claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery and must include photos, order numbers, and relevant details.

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the merchandise as-is.

Returns, Credits and Exchanges

No returns or credits will be accepted once products have been printed, embroidered, altered, washed , or otherwise customized

Approved claims, if any, are limited to replacement of defective goods.

Use and Resale of Products

Products may be resold, customized, or used in commercial applications by resellers, decorators, print shops, private-label brands, promotional companies, and similar businesses.

We make no guarantees regarding resale performance, print results, or end-customer satisfaction.

Unauthorized use of our brand name, trademarks, or imagery without written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are sold AS IS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaga shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaga from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or resale of the products, your customization or modification of the products, or your breach of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

Governing Law and Venue
